Mission
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping adults, children, families, and communities across the country with support for mental health and mental wellbeing. We offer telephone, face to face and referral support to those that need it quickly.
Working with the NHS, Emergency services and with the mental health teams together to make things better when your mental health is being effected.
Our Focus
We help people, families, and communities break the cycle of mental health and suicidal thoughts by being there and supporting people of all ages to achieve the best outcome for them. Working with different agencies and groups to help support people during the current mental health crisis.

We are now gift aid registered, this means that for all our donations the government will allow a gift aid contribution also.
We are collecting donations now with gift aid and they take all the work out of donating, You can register online and you can opt in for regular donation news.
You can choose to do a one off donation or a monthly donation to help the charity to keep the call centre running, A £10.00 monthly donation helps us to train volunteers and have a call taker available to take support calls daily and helps to keep mental health call lines open.
