Oliver (changed Name)

Thank you
My Son met some of your team on the bridge last week. You kindly walked with him and talked to him whilst encouraging him to get the help he needs. I really think you saved his life.  There are no words to express how grateful we are. The following day he was sat in our living room expressing as best he could how he feels , he never called us before heading to the bridge but he did meet you guys there.

We still genuinely believe you saved his life.
He is doing ok.

We could have been a very different family today that was missing a son. I cry at the very thought of those families and can never express our gratitude for you guys being in exactly in the right place at the right time and saying all the right things. My eternal thanks x

Lou

Lou was a young teenage girl that had gone missing and her family were extremely worried. The family called us to help and we organised for our support teams to go out.

We split into two teams and started searching, meanwhile our back support team were looking into the history of the person we were looking for, known places she went, areas she knew, liaising with the police at all times and with the ambulance service so that they kept up to date with any information we found.

After extensive searching we found a way to contact her and one of our support team kept in touch and passed us information on the mental state of the person.

We found her and arranged for her to meet up with a family member and to be checked by emergency medical team.

Arthur

This was a right place right time scenario, our mental health support team were out in the field running some practices for searching and mental health find and support. A young gentleman arrived and approached and asked if we had seen his grandad as he was missing now for 7 hours.

The gentleman was old and it was a cold evening so we started arranging the team into groups to search the wooded area we were at.

We liaised with the ambulance team that we had called and one of our medics was with us on standby.

After and hour we found the gentleman cold and exhausted and immediately gave him medical attention and got the emergency services to collect him and take him to hospital.
